Jad Haidamous
I come from a background of building and scaling tech-enabled businesses across multiple markets. After years as an entrepreneur, I've moved into investing with a simple belief: progress continues when those who've been fortunate enough to succeed choose to back the next generation of builders. There are no guarantees in business—only conviction, timing, and persistence. I invest early, willing to bet on new entrepreneurs, support their journey, and help keep the cycle of creation and opportunity moving forward.
Investment Criteria
What I'm looking for in early-stage companies
I invest in pre-seed and seed stage tech companies, typically writing checks of up to $100,000. I focus on founders based in or building for the Middle East and Europe, with a strong interest in AI-driven products and platforms. I invest in both B2C and B2B2C models, where technology enables scalable distribution and defensible user engagement. I look for meaningful early traction—real users, usage patterns, or revenue signals—rather than polished decks. Strong founder-market fit, clarity of thought, and learning velocity matter more than credentials. I value simple cap tables, disciplined capital use, and teams that can clearly articulate what they are building, why it matters, and what they are testing next. I back conviction early and give founders the space to build and adapt as the company evolves.
